Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience in one or more of the following sectors with a valid UAE driving license mandatory.
• Facade Maintenance, Cleaning
• Rope Access Services
• Facilities Management (FM)
• Building Maintenance / AMC Sales
• Exterior / High-Level Maintenance Services
• Construction Subcontracting (specialist trades preferred)
• Fa ade / Cladding / Aluminium / Glass industries
• Waterproofing / Sealant / Envelope Repair works
• Strong understanding of the UAE market
• Existing client network is a strong advantage
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated and target-driven

Responsibilities

• Identify and secure new business opportunities across the UAE.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, consultants, FM companies, and contractors.
• Conduct site visits, assess project requirements and coordinate internally for pricing and execution.
• Prepare, submit and follow up on quotations and proposals.
• Maintain a clear and realistic sales pipeline with regular reporting.
• Support project handovers to operations to ensure smooth execution.
