The Role

We are looking for a highly driven Business Development Executive to expand our presence across the UAE. This is a field-based role requiring someone who is proactive, commercially sharp, and confident building relationships across multiple industries.

You will be responsible for generating new business, managing client relationships, and driving revenue growth in key sectors aligned with our services.

• Identify and secure new business opportunities across the UAE.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, consultants, FM companies, and contractors.
• Conduct site visits, assess project requirements, and coordinate internally for pricing and execution.
• Prepare, submit, and follow up on quotations and proposals.
• Maintain a clear and realistic sales pipeline with regular reporting.
• Support project handovers to operations to ensure smooth execution.

Requirements

Proven sales experience in one or more of the following sectors, with a valid UAE driving license (mandatory).

• Facade Maintenance / Cleaning
• Rope Access Services
• Facilities Management (FM)
• Building Maintenance / AMC Sales
• Exterior/ High-Level Maintenance Services
• Waterproofing / Sealant / Envelope Repair works
• Strong understanding of the UAE market
• Existing client network a strong advantage
