Job summary

Yello is seeking a highly driven Business Development Consultant to identify opportunities, open doors and win new business across the UAE market. You will build a strong pipeline, engage with C-level stakeholders and lead end-to-end sales cycles from prospecting to closure.

Successful candidates will have 5+ years of UAE BD/tech sales experience, an established enterprise/government network, and a proven ability to exceed targets.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of business development or technology sales experience within the UAE.
• Strong track record of winning new business and exceeding sales targets.
• Experience selling technology services, consulting, managed services, cloud or SaaS solutions.
• Established network across enterprise, government or technology sectors.
• Ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders and decision-makers.
• Background from a reputable technology, consulting or professional services organisation is advantageous.
• Highly commercial, self-motivated and results-driven.
• Excellent relationship-building, communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong pipeline management and organisational capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Identify and win new business opportunities across enterprise, government, semi-government and start-up sectors.
• Build and manage a healthy pipeline through networking, prospecting and market engagement.
• Develop relationships with C-level executives and key stakeholders.
• Lead client meetings to understand requirements and position suitable technology services solutions.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through to negotiation and deal closure.
• Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to develop client-focused solutions.
• Grow new accounts into long-term strategic partnerships.
• Maintain accurate pipeline management, forecasting and CRM reporting.
• Represent the business at industry and networking events across the UAE.
