Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain, or related field.
• Experience in UAE logistics, customs clearance and trade compliance.
• Strong knowledge of UAE customs regulations and HS code classification.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, verify, and submit accurate customs documentation in compliance with UAE customs and international trade standards.
• Use JDL and other platforms to manage documentation and ensure regulatory adherence.
• Handle import/export clearance for air, sea, and land shipments with authorities and free zones.
• Calculate and process duties/taxes; coordinate with finance to resolve disputes.
• Act as main client contact for customs procedures and shipment updates.
• Monitor shipments from port to warehouse and coordinate GCC cross-border logistics.
