Job summary

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience as a Logistics Coordinator or similar role in the UAE.
• Good knowledge of UAE logistics procedures especially within freezones and mainland operations.
• Familiarity with Dubai Customs import/export procedures and trade regulations.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to handle multiple shipments and documentation with accuracy.
• Proficient in MS Office and basic ERP / inventory systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate local and international shipments (air sea and land) for import/export.
• Liaise with customs freight forwarders and clearing agents to ensure timely delivery of goods.
• Handle all documentation related to freezone and mainland clearances including invoices packing lists delivery orders etc.
• Apply for and follow up on government approvals such as customs clearance municipality permits and trade-related authorizations.
• Track shipments update internal teams and customers with delivery timelines.
• Maintain records of inventory movement shipment files and regulatory documentation.
• Work with internal teams (sales service accounts) to ensure smooth order execution.
• Stay updated on UAE trade regulations freezone guidelines and customs processes.
