Job summary

Confidential Company is seeking an exceptionally organized Corporate Services Operations Specialist in Dubai to manage the full lifecycle of client entities across UAE Free Zones and Mainland jurisdictions. The role combines back-office portal execution, legal drafting, and corporate secretarial tasks with active client-facing representation and government liaison, including extensive local travel.

Qualifications

3–5 years of direct UAE CSP, business setup, or law firm experience.
Fluent English communication and professional etiquette for high-net-worth client interactions.
Willingness to travel approximately 50% locally to authorities, offices, and client meetings.

Responsibilities

Manage complete lifecycle of client entities across UAE Free Zones and Mainland jurisdictions.
Execute incorporations, renewals, amendments, share transfers, and liquidations across Mainland and Free Zones.
Handle government immigration operations including work permits and residency processes.
Coordinate MOFA attestations, notary, and DIFC/ADGM will registrations as required.
Provide client escort and field representation at meetings and authorities across Dubai and the Northern Emirates.
Maintain constructive relationships with UAE authorities, ministries, and banking institutions.
Draft board resolutions, POAs, NOCs, and coordinate necessary legal translations.
