• Advise clients on company formation, restructuring, mergers, acquisitions, and liquidation processes.
• Provide guidance on selecting the most suitable legal structures (e.g., Free Zone, Mainland, Offshore, DIFC, ADGM).

We are seeking a knowledgeable and detail-oriented Corporate Structures Advisor to guideclients on company formation, restructuring, and compliance requirements. The idealcandidate will have strong expertise in corporate governance, entity structuring, andregulatory frameworks, particularly within the UAE and international jurisdictions.
