Job summary

Client of Ladwig Consulting seeks a Company Formation Specialist in the UAE to provide high-quality corporate setup and PRO services for local and international clients, ensuring efficient onboarding and post-establishment support.

You will coordinate visas, permits, bank accounts, KYC/compliance, and document clearance, delivering clear written and verbal communication to stakeholders and clients.

Qualifications

• 3+ years UAE experience in corporate services, company formation, and bank accounts.
• Knowledge of UAE business setup laws and regulations.
• Excellent written and verbal business communication in English and Russian.
• Currently based in the UAE.
• Demonstrated drive to solve problems with high energy and a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Incorporate companies in free zones and jurisdictions under UAE Ministry of Economy.
• Handle Free Zone Establishment, LLC, IBC, Sole Establishment, Branch, and Subsidiary setups.
• Renew licenses for existing and new clients.
• Propose suitable alternatives for client purposes.
• Perform KYC and compliance procedures for banks and authorities.
• Assist clients with visas, permits, bank accounts, licenses, PRO services, and document clearance.

To provide high quality management and business consulting services to our local and international clients in setting up their businesses in the UAE as well as to coordinate and handle their administrative and operational requirements post establishment of their companies and throughout their operational cycle Company Formation Specialist is required to provide effective and proactive support to our clients with an aim to offer the best service and assistance in a result-oriented approach while using excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Company incorporation in all free zones and jurisdictions under the Ministry of Economy in UAE
• Free Zone Establishment
• LLC
• IBC
• Sole Establishment
• Branch Incorporation
• Subsidiary
• etc License renewal of companies incorporated by us as well as new customers who require such services from us
• Proposing applicable alternatives that suit to their purpose of incorporating their company
• To follow and execute KYC and other relevant compliance procedures of 3rd parties banks and jurisdictional authorities
• Help clients to get up and running immediately by eliminating the time-consuming procedures for visas permits bank account licenses and provide specialized PRO services document clearing and assistance for labor immigration economic and municipality department issues

Qualifications and Requirements

• Candidate must have excellent command of verbal and written Russian and English at the high language level
• Work experience of min 3+ years in UAE in corporate services industry, company formation and bank accounts opening
• Knowledgeable in business setup laws and regulations in UAE as well as shall have excellent business communication skills both verbal and writing
• Demonstrated drive to solve problems with high energy and a positive attitude
• Currently based in the UAE
