Job summary

The CSP Group in Dubai seeks a Corporate Structuring Officer to manage UAE entity formation across mainland, free zones, and offshore centres. You will guide jurisdiction selection, document preparation, and licensing processes to ensure accurate, timely setups in line with regulatory requirements.

Reporting to the Head of Licensing, you will coordinate with Legal, Finance and Compliance, maintain client records, monitor regulatory changes, and drive a seamless onboarding journey across

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years’ UAE experience in a Corporate Services Provider.
• At least 1 year focused on ADGM jurisdiction.
• Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
• Proven client-facing and account management experience.
• Strong ability to deliver high standards of customer service.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end entity formation across mainland, free zones, and offshore centres.
• Advise on jurisdiction selection, document preparation, and licensing submissions.
• Coordinate with government authorities and internal teams to ensure timely, compliant setups.
• Monitor regulatory changes and update processes to maintain compliance.
• Liaise with clients and stakeholders to deliver accurate, on-time outcomes.
• Support and mentor junior staff, fostering a client-focused service culture.
