Job summary

Trident Trust is seeking an experienced Corporate Services Administrator in Dubai to support clients across UAE jurisdictions (RAK, JAFZA, DMCC, DIFC). You will handle corporate services tasks, liaise with clients and authorities, and ensure accurate, timely processing while upholding AML and GDPR guidelines.

The role emphasizes delivering high-quality service, maintaining up-to-date regulatory knowledge, and collaborating with leadership on process improvements.

Qualifications

• At least 3–5 years’ working experience in a CSP firm.
• Ability to function under high pressure with competing priorities and tight deadlines.
• Working knowledge of UAE registries of corporate affairs and relevant legislation (AML, GDPR).

Responsibilities

• Perform all corporate services functions for designated portfolio of companies.
• Liaise with clients, law firms, government offices and other stakeholders to ensure instructions are fulfilled.
• Provide excellent customer experience aligned with core values: responsiveness and reliability.
• Respond promptly to service inquiries and client/ referral concerns or complaints.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of AML, GDPR, IT policy and economic substance legislation; contribute to procedure improvements.
