Responsibilities

• Drive growth of CCB business in UAE and implement a business strategy.
• Grow market share and expand the customer base while ensuring P&L targets.
• Ensure credit portfolio quality, risk controls, and regulatory compliance.
• Lead and motivate a team with aligned KPIs, coaching and development.
• Collaborate with Products, Markets, Treasury, and Coverage for solutions.
