Citi Commercial Bank UAE seeks a senior leader to drive growth, manage the local P&L, and build enduring client relationships across mid-sized corporates. The role requires close collaboration with product, risk, operations and coverage teams to deliver comprehensive financial solutions.

The Head will report to the Head of Europe, Middle East & Africa for Commercial Banking, with a matrix report to the UAE CCO. Strong leadership and risk awareness are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in corporate and/or commercial banking.
• UAE market knowledge preferred.
• Proven track record of managing a complex business with P&L responsibility.
• Solid understanding of banking products and risk controls.

Responsibilities

• Drive growth of Citi Commercial Bank UAE business and revenues.
• Develop, implement, and execute a UAE business strategy with sustainable results.
• Own client P&L, pricing policies, and risk-adjusted returns.
• Lead cross-functional partnerships with product, risk, operations and coverage teams.
• Build and mentor a high-performing local team aligned to Citi’s governance.
• Maintain credit portfolio quality and ensure regulatory compliance.
