Job summary

Citigroup Inc. seeks a Senior MD to lead Citi Commercial Bank (CCB) in the UAE, reporting to the Head of Europe, Middle East & Africa with matrix reporting to the UAE CCO.

You will develop and execute the business strategy, drive organic growth, manage the client P&L and ensure robust risk controls. The role requires strong leadership, deep UAE market knowledge, and collaboration with product groups, risk, operations and coverage teams to deliver integrated solutions to mid-sized corporate

Qualifications

• Experience in the banking sector, corporate and/or commercial banking.
• Proven track record managing a complex business with P&L responsibility.
• Strong understanding of banking products and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Drive growth of CCB business in UAE.
• Develop and execute a business strategy to support organic growth targets.
• Grow market share in key segments while expanding the customer base.
• Own client P&L with revenue, expenses and capital adequacy responsibilities.
• Build deep local market knowledge and client relationships; collaborate with risk and product teams.
