Job summary

Wafi Group in Dubai is seeking a Sales Manager to drive growth across the UAE market, focusing on building strong customer relationships and identifying new business opportunities in building materials and construction sectors.

You will work with developers, contractors and internal teams to develop project pipelines, manage bids and ensure successful closures, while maintaining CRM records and delivering against revenue targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field required.
• 5+ years of relevant sales experience within building materials or construction.
• Strong knowledge of the UAE building materials and construction market.
• Existing relationships with key contractors, developers, consultants and property managers in the UAE.
• Proven experience in project sales and securing medium to large-scale projects.
• Strong negotiation, communication and relationship-building skills.
• Fluent in English and Arabic.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
• Build relationships with key customers, contractors, developers and stakeholders.
• Identify new business opportunities and manage accounts across market segments.
• Maintain market coverage and regular contact with key customers.
• Identify projects from early stages through tendering to award.
• Collaborate with developers/contractors to include products in relevant projects.
• Prepare and follow up on quotations, tenders and offers.
• Negotiate to close opportunities and maintain project momentum.
• Maintain accurate CRM data and provide regular sales forecasts.
• Attend industry events to generate new opportunities.
