Job summary

OasisConstruct UAE seeks an experienced Sales Manager to lead the Ajman sales team and drive strategies to grow market share. You will develop plans, build client relationships, and collaborate with marketing, finance and operations to ensure success.

The role requires a track record of meeting targets, 5+ years in UAE sales management, and strong English communication as you coach and motivate staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in sales management within the UAE market.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing successful sales strategies.
• Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal).
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team towards success.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets.
• Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with potential clients.
• Manage a team of sales executives, providing leadership, guidance, and support to ensure their success.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
• Prepare monthly sales reports and present them to senior management.
• Conduct regular training sessions for the sales team to improve their skills and knowledge.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service before and after the sale.
• Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, finance, and operations to ensure smooth business operations.
