Thrive Consultants in Dubai is seeking a results-driven sales consultant to advise entrepreneurs on UAE business setup options. You will manage the full consultative sales process, sell Mainland/Free Zone/Offshore services, and build a robust Zoho CRM-driven pipeline while delivering exceptional client service.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in UAE business setup sales or related consultative sales, with strong communication and negotiation skills and knowledge of licensing and visa processes.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication, relationship-building, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.
• Experience using CRM systems (Zoho CRM is an advantage).
• Knowledge of licensing procedures, visa processes, and UAE regulations.

Responsibilities

• Advise entrepreneurs and investors on UAE business setup solutions.
• Manage the full consultative sales process from enquiry to deal closure.
• Sell Mainland, Free Zone, and Offshore company formation services.
• Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline using Zoho CRM.
• Conduct client meetings and provide clear, practical business advice.
• Handle client queries relating to licensing, visa processes, banking, and setup options.
• Coordinate with government authorities and internal teams for a smooth journey.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, forecasts, and documentation.
• Achieve monthly sales targets while delivering excellent customer experience.
