This client-facing role blends advisory work with sales, requiring strong commercial acumen, ability to close opportunities, and diligent CRM upkeep to nurture relationships and referrals.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in UAE business setup, company formation, corporate services, sales, or a related advisory environment.
• Strong understanding of UAE Mainland and Free Zone company formation.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Strong commercial mindset with a demonstrated ability to convert leads and close sales.
• Confident working with entrepreneurs, SMEs, investors, and corporate clients.
• Highly organised with strong follow-up and CRM management skills.
• Target-driven, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional, consultative, and customer-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on UAE business setup, company formation, legal structures, and licensing options.
• Understand client requirements and recommend Mainland, Free Zone, or Offshore setup.
• Provide guidance on processes, costs, documentation, and timelines.
• Prepare and negotiate tailored business setup proposals based on client needs.
• Manage the client journey from enquiry to successful company formation.
• Coordinate with government authorities, Free Zones, and third parties to facilitate setup.
• Follow up with prospective clients and convert leads into opportunities.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales and revenue targets.
• Maintain accurate client information and activities in the CRM.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships to generate referrals and repeat business.
• Stay informed on changes to UAE business setup regulations and market developments.
• Ensure professionalism and excellent customer service throughout the client experience.
