Job summary

métier - Strategic HR Solutions in Dubai is seeking a seasoned Lead, Broker Relationships Manager to drive growth with UAE insurers. You will manage strategic broker accounts, onboard and retain partners, and collaborate with product, sales, and support to optimize broker adoption.

You will leverage an extensive UAE broker network, identify cross-sell opportunities, and represent the company at meetings, demos, and industry events.

Qualifications

• Strong UAE insurance sector experience in BRM, broker relations, distribution, channel management, or business development.
• Extensive network with UAE insurance brokers.
• Deep understanding of UAE broker landscape and insurer-broker workflows.
• Proven track record in growing broker-driven revenue.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation and persuasion skills.
• Able to engage senior broker stakeholders and operational teams.
• Experience with SaaS platforms, CRM, broker portals or digital transformation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead broker market engagement and build strong relationships with broker owners, senior leadership, placement heads, and operational teams.
• Drive adoption and growth of broker solutions across the UAE insurance market.
• Manage strategic broker accounts and support onboarding, retention, and expansion initiatives.
• Understand broker workflows across quotation, placement, renewals, endorsements, servicing, and portfolio management.
• Work closely with product, implementation, sales, support, and leadership teams to improve platform adoption and user experience.
• Provide market intelligence and broker feedback to support product enhancements and business growth.
• Identify commercial opportunities, including cross-sell, upsell, and account expansion.
• Represent the company in broker meetings, presentations, demos, events, and market discussions.
