Job summary

OpenX is looking for an experienced Relationship Manager to join our growing health insurance business in Dubai.

We’re looking for someone who knows the UAE medical insurance market, has strong relationships with brokers and knows how to turn those relationships into sustainable, profitable growth.

With an expanding portfolio of innovative health insurance products, this is a hands‑on commercial role with the opportunity to help shape and grow a technology-driven business that is bringing something different to the UAE market.

What you’ll do

1. Develop and strengthen relationships with UAE insurance brokers.
2. Drive new business, conversions and profitable growth across our growing product portfolio.
3. Work closely with underwriting to understand broker requirements and develop competitive solutions.
4. Present and communicate our products, benefits and proposition effectively to brokers.
5. Support brokers throughout the sales process, helping them convert opportunities into business.
6. Negotiate pricing and commercial terms.
7. Build the OpenX brand and broker loyalty while maintaining the highest professional and ethical standards.
