Job summary

Savills Middle East is seeking a Broker Relationship Manager in the UAE to lead and grow strategic brokerage relationships across the portfolio of exclusive projects.

You will strengthen partnerships with top brokerages and develop emerging partners into reliable revenue contributors, coordinating with sales, marketing and operations to maximise deals and ensure a smooth broker experience.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in broker relations, sales, or commercial roles within UAE real estate.
• Established network across UAE brokerage community.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and growth of Savills broker relationships across the UAE.
• Act as primary contact for senior brokerage stakeholders (CEOs, Heads of Sales).
• Ensure partners receive timely updates on launches, pricing and sales performance.
• Create and execute tailored account plans for top brokers to drive revenue.
• Plan, host and optimise broker events, briefs and trainings.
• Coordinate with Project Sales, Marketing, Operations and Finance for a seamless broker experience.
