Job summary

Intelligent Solutions HR Consultancy in Dubai is seeking a Broker Relations Manager for a rapidly growing insurtech organization. You will build and maintain strong relationships with insurance brokers, drive platform adoption, and identify growth opportunities across the UAE market.

This role requires a relationship-driven professional with deep knowledge of UAE brokers, excellent communication, and the ability to coordinate with product and sales teams to align broker needs with business

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Insurance, Finance, Marketing, Management, or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Broker Relations within the UAE.
• Strong UAE insurance broker network across brokers, placement teams, and decision-makers.
• Understanding of broker operations, insurer-broker workflows, renewals, and portfolio management.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with insurance brokers, placement teams, and key market stakeholders across the UAE.
• Drive broker engagement, platform adoption, and account growth by identifying new business opportunities.
• Conduct regular client meetings, business reviews, product demonstrations, and feedback sessions.
• Support broker onboarding, user adoption, and change management initiatives for a seamless experience.
• Monitor account performance, user engagement, and broker satisfaction, addressing challenges and opportunities.
• Collaborate with product, sales, implementation, and internal teams to align broker requirements with business objectives.
• Provide market intelligence and broker insights to support product enhancements and commercial strategies.
• Represent the organization at industry meetings, networking events, and market engagements.
