Job summary

Tabby is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own the Card Retention & Monetization program in the UAE. You will manage pricing, fees, billing cycles, and the repayment experience, driving margin through tested monetization strategies.

Work cross-functionally with Risk, Legal, Finance and Billing, shaping a scalable credit experience for millions of customers. You will design experiments, own unit economics, and guide regulatory considerations (CBUAE / SAMA) while expanding Tabby Card into the

Qualifications

5+ years of product management experience, fintech or banking preferred.
Track record shipping monetization, pricing or billing features with measurable results.
Real experimentation discipline with pre-registered metrics and segmentation.
Delivery reliability: dates hold; transparent when they don’t.
Strong understanding of unit economics and analytics; collaborations with compliance.
Fluent English in professional settings.

Responsibilities

Own roadmap end-to-end with dedicated engineering, design and data teams.
Design and run experiments with clear success metrics and guardrails; decide rollout based on data.
Own unit economics and track P&L impact of everything shipped.
Collaborate with Risk, Compliance, Legal and Billing on customer terms and regulatory requirements.
Ensure launch quality for readiness, AI-guidance, customer communications and gradual rollouts.
Support Tabby Card expansion into new markets, starting with KSA.
