Job summary

Tabby is seeking a Senior Product Manager in the UAE to own the Card Retention and Monetization function. You will manage pricing, billing cycles, statements, and repayment experiences, driving monetization with data-driven experiments and cross-functional collaboration across risk, legal, finance, design and engineering.

You will own P&L levers, model business cases, and guide product launches with strong emphasis on regulatory alignment (CBUAE / SAMA) and scalable customer experiences.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience, ideally in fintech, banking or credit products.
• Track record of monetization, pricing or billing features with measurable results.
• Real experimentation discipline with pre-registered metrics and data-driven decisions.
• Delivery reliability to stakeholders with transparent communication.
• Fluent English and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Own your team's roadmap end-to-end with dedicated engineering, design and data support.
• Design and run experiments with clear success metrics and guardrails; decide on rollouts.
• Own unit economics; model business cases and defend trade-offs with Finance and Risk.
• Coordinate with Risk, Compliance, Legal and Billing on customer terms and regulatory requirements.
• Ensure end-to-end launch quality including readiness, AI guidance, and customer communications.
• Support expansion into the Saudi Arabian market adapting domain to the largest new market.
