You will identify opportunities, build relationships with decision-makers, generate leads, and drive projects from opportunity to delivery in hospitality, retail, and real estate sectors.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years UAE-based experience with a strong network in real estate developers, luxury brands, hotels, and corporate groups.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of experience in business development or sales and client acquisition.
• Strong UAE experience with an established local network is mandatory.
• Proven track record in building relationships with real estate developers, luxury brands, hospitality, automotive, and corporate groups.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to build long-term client relationships.
• Must be based in the UAE with a UAE driving licence.
• Must have access to a personal vehicle for business commuting.

Responsibilities

• Identify and secure new business opportunities across multiple sectors.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
• Generate leads, conduct client meetings, and convert opportunities into successful projects.
