Peergrowth Consultancy Co. seeks a seasoned business development leader to drive market entry and growth in the UAE's premium coworking and serviced office sector.

You will shape our go-to-market, win major enterprise clients, and build the founding UAE leadership team, leveraging a strong network with corporates, brokers, consultants and real estate professionals.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in business development, sales or partnerships.
• Deep understanding of UAE corporate landscape and ability to engage CXO-level decision makers.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a track record of launching or growing new business verticals or markets.

The Opportunity

Were looking for a Business Development Director to:

• Drive growth and revenue by acquiring key clients in the UAE market from large corporates to scaling businesses.
• Shape the go-to-market strategy in collaboration with senior leadership.
• Leverage your network to build high-value relationships across enterprise clients brokers consultants and real estate professionals.
• Play a pivotal role in launching and scaling a high-potential business in one of the worlds fastest-growing flex space markets.

What Were Looking For:

• 12 years of experience in business development sales or partnerships ideally in commercial real estate flexible workspaces or premium office solutions.
• Strong understanding of the UAE corporate landscape and proven ability to build relationships at the CXO and decision-maker level.
• An entrepreneurial mindset with a track record of helping launch or grow new business verticals or markets.
• Excellent communication negotiation and leadership skills.
