Job summary

ICD Group, operating in the UAE from its Dubai branch, seeks a UAE/GCC Regional Manager to own strategy, revenue and pipeline for UAE, Qatar, Bahrain and Kuwait. You will lead the Dubai team, coach staff, develop enterprise, government and partner relationships, and drive tender responses across four markets.

You will build channel partnerships for IT parts, maintenance and ITAD services, while ensuring compliance with UAE laws and PDPL.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering or related field.
• Eight+ years in enterprise IT sales or distribution in the GCC.
• Leadership experience: at least 3 years leading a team or branch.
• Strong relationships with IT buyers, integrators and resellers in UAE and at least one of Qatar, Bahrain or Kuwait.

Responsibilities

• Own the business plan, revenue targets and pipeline for UAE, Qatar, Bahrain and Kuwait.
• Lead the UAE Account Manager and the Dubai team, Setting goals and coaching performance.
• Build relationships with enterprise, government, system integrator and reseller customers.
• Lead responses to tenders and RFQs across the four markets.
• Develop channel partners for parts, complete systems, third-party maintenance and ITAD services.
• Collaborate with logistics and trade compliance on re-export and regional shipments from Dubai.
• Ensure UAE employment, tax and data protection compliance including PDPL.
• Report performance and market insight to the Commercial Director monthly.

Since 2005, ICD has supplied enterprise servers, storage, networking parts and data centre maintenance to businesses in Egypt, the Gulf, Africa and beyond.

Why this role matters

ICD's Dubai branch serves customers in the United Arab Emirates, Qatar, Bahrain and Kuwait. The UAE and Northern Gulf Country Manager leads this business and grows ICD's presence with enterprises, government and partners across these four markets.

What you will do

• Own the business plan, revenue targets and pipeline for the UAE, Qatar, Bahrain and Kuwait.
• Lead the UAE Account Manager and the Dubai team, setting goals and coaching performance.
• Build relationships with enterprise, government, system integrator and reseller customers.
• Lead responses to tenders and requests for quotation across the four markets.
• Develop channel partners for parts, complete systems, third-party maintenance and ITAD services.
• Work with logistics and trade compliance on re-export and regional shipments from Dubai.
• Keep the branch compliant with UAE employment, tax and data protection requirements, including the UAE PDPL.
• Report performance and market insight to the Commercial Director each month.

What you bring

• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering or a related field.
• At least eight years in enterprise IT sales or distribution in the GCC, including three years leading a team or branch.
• Strong relationships with IT buyers, integrators and resellers in the UAE and in at least one of Qatar, Bahrain or Kuwait.
• Sound knowledge of servers, storage and networking.
• Experience with government and semi-government procurement in the GCC.
• Commercial leadership, negotiation and reporting skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with third-party maintenance or ITAD services.
• Knowledge of UAE free-zone and re-export procedures.
• Experience with ERPNext or another CRM or ERP.
• An MBA or equivalent.

Languages

Fluent English and Arabic.

Travel

Regular travel to Qatar, Bahrain and Kuwait, up to 40% of working time.
