Job summary

Keenfinity Group in the UAE is seeking a seasoned Channel Business Manager to develop, manage, and expand IQSIGHT’s channel partner ecosystem across the UAE. The role drives revenue growth for the Video Systems IQSIGHT business through distributors, resellers, system integrators, and strategic partners.

Lead partner recruitment, governance, and quarterly business reviews, while aligning with company objectives and market opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business/tech field.
• 10+ years of experience in channel sales, partner management, or business development.
• Proven experience managing distributors and reseller networks within UAE.
• Strong understanding of indirect sales models and channel strategies.
• Experience in technology, telecommunications, industrial, or B2B sectors is preferred.
• Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
• Experience in sales forecasting, pipeline management, CRM, and sales analytics.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel regularly within UAE and GCC.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute channel sales strategies to achieve revenue and market share objectives.
• Recruit, onboard, and develop new channel partners in the UAE market.
• Build and maintain relationships with distributors, resellers, system integrators, and strategic alliances.
• Establish annual business plans with key partners and monitor execution.
• Conduct regular business reviews and performance assessments with partners.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and profitability objectives through the channel network.
• Develop and manage sales pipelines in collaboration with partners.
• Identify new opportunities, customer projects, and market segments.
• Support partners in closing strategic deals and key customer engagements.
• Analyze market trends, competitive activities, and customer requirements.
• Collaborate with marketing on channel campaigns, events, and promotions.
• Prepare accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and business updates.
• Maintain CRM records and ensure accurate opportunity tracking.
• Work closely with sales, marketing, finance, operations, and technical teams to support partner success.
