Job summary

800CarGuru is seeking a proactive Tyre Lead Management Executive to handle customer enquiries, coordinate quotations, and convert leads into confirmed tyre sales in the UAE. The ideal candidate has UAE tyre sales or lead management experience, strong CRM skills, and the ability to manage high volumes while maintaining excellent customer service and timely follow-ups.

Responsibilities include handling enquiries across calls, WhatsApp, website and CRM, coordinating pricing and delivery timelines

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of UAE tyre sales/lead management experience.
• Knowledge of tyre brands, sizes, pricing.
• Experience handling customer enquiries and converting leads into sales.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and lead tracking.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to handle high volumes of enquiries and follow-ups.
• Proficiency in English; Arabic or Hindi/Urdu an advantage.
• Target-oriented with strong organizational and follow-up skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming tyre enquiries via calls, WhatsApp, website, CRM and other channels.
• Understand customer requirements including tyre size, brand, vehicle model, quantity, and budget.
• Coordinate with Tyre Department for pricing, availability, and delivery timelines.
• Prepare and communicate competitive quotations.
• Follow up with customers to maximize conversions.
• Maintain accurate updates of all leads in CRM.
• Coordinate tyre fitting appointments with workshop operations.
• Track pending, converted, and lost leads and reasons for non-conversion.
• Achieve daily and monthly lead conversion and sales targets.
• Maintain professional customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Submit daily reports on lead status, follow-ups, sales conversions and revenue.
