Qualifications

• 1-3 years experience in telecalling, telesales, lead generation or similar role.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident and persuasive communication style.
• Strong customer-handling and sales skills.
• Comfortable making cold and outbound calls.
• Target-oriented and motivated to achieve sales goals.
• Ability to handle inbound sales inquiries professionally.
• Good follow-up and negotiation skills.
• Basic computer and CRM knowledge is an advantage.
