Job summary

Zafco International in the UAE seeks a seasoned Regional Market Manager to drive tire sales across GCC and Levant through distributors and direct key accounts. You will identify partners, negotiate terms, and extend market presence while ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.

Role requires strong regional knowledge of PCR, TBR, and OHT tires, fluent Arabic/English, and willingness to travel extensively across GCC/Levant.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
• Experience in tire industry and multi-country markets.
• Proven ability to appoint distributors and grow business.
• Strong negotiation and relationship management across cultures.

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow sales across GCC and Levant via distributors, dealers, fleets, and direct accounts.
• Identify and manage distributors/dealers to expand market reach and improve channel performance.
• Build relationships with customers and provide product and commercial support to hit sales targets.
• Drive sell-in and sell-out through market visits, joint calls, and distributor engagement.
• Explore new market opportunities and strategic partnerships.
