Job summary

RTC-1 Employment Services seeks a Customer Support Agent for travel and tourism in Dubai. You will handle end-to-end support for holiday packages, flight and hotel bookings, tours, transfers, itineraries, and visa-related services.

You will communicate in Arabic and English across multiple channels, manage bookings in CRM, and coordinate with partners to ensure a smooth customer journey from inquiry to travel completion. UAE experience preferred; full-time role in Dubai.

Qualifications

• Open to Arabic nationalities preferably aged 23-33 years old.
• Minimum 3–4 years of UAE experience in Travel & Tourism, specifically in customer support/customer service.
• Hands-on experience with holiday packages, flight/hotel bookings, tours, transfers, itineraries, amendments, cancellations, complaints, and customer follow-up; excellent Arabic and English communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office, CRM/customer service platforms, and travel/reservation systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end customer support for travel requirements across packages, bookings, itineraries, and visa-related services.
• Handle inquiries and bookings across phone, WhatsApp, email, CRM, and walk-ins; guide customers from inquiry to travel completion.
• Own and resolve issues, amendments, cancellations, and complaints with partners to ensure quick, professional resolutions.
• Maintain CRM records and follow up on inquiries, supporting repeat business through organized, service-focused care.
