Job summary

RTC-1 Employment Services is assisting a Dubai-based travel company to hire a Reservations Assistant. This full-time role requires handling reservations across flights, hotels, tours and holiday packages.

You will deliver exceptional service via phone, email and chat, ensure bookings comply with airline and hotel policies, and coordinate with sales, operations and suppliers to monitor availability and trends.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years in customer service, administration, reservations or related roles.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; customer-focused.
• Proficient in MS Office and comfortable with booking/CRM systems.
• Open to Tagalog speakers; UAE experience not required.

Responsibilities

• Handle reservations for flights, hotels, tours, and packages using travel booking platforms/software.
• Provide service via phone, email, and chat; resolve inquiries, issues, and special requests promptly.
• Ensure bookings comply with airline, hotel, and regulatory requirements; prepare itineraries and tickets accurately.
• Coordinate with sales, operations, and suppliers to confirm bookings and monitor availability and trends.
