Job summary

Position Title: Customer Support Agent – Travel and Tourism (4 vacancies)

Employment Type: Full Time

Salary: up to 6K AED inclusive depending on experience and qualifications

Job Location: Dubai, UAE

• Manage end-to-end customer support for travel and holiday requirements, assisting clients with holiday packages, flight and hotel bookings, tours, transfers, travel itineraries, visa-related service coordination, and other travel arrangements while providing accurate information on availability, pricing, inclusions, policies, and booking conditions.
• Handle customer inquiries and booking requests across multiple channels including phone, WhatsApp, email, CRM, and walk-in interactions; understand customer travel preferences, recommend suitable packages or alternatives, process booking requirements accurately, and ensure a smooth customer journey from initial inquiry through confirmation and travel completion.
• Take ownership of customer issues, amendments, cancellations, and complaints, coordinating closely with reservations, operations, airlines, hotels, tour operators, and other travel partners to resolve concerns quickly and professionally, particularly for urgent travel changes and difficult customer situations.
• Maintain strong customer follow-up and booking administration, including updating CRM/customer records, tracking pending inquiries and confirmations, communicating payment or documentation requirements, following up on unresolved cases, and supporting repeat business through responsive, organized, and service-focused customer car

• Open to Arabic nationalities preferably aged 23-33 years old
• Minimum 3–4 years of UAE experience in Travel & Tourism, specifically in customer support/customer service
• Hands-on experience with holiday packages, flight/hotel bookings, tours, transfers, itineraries, amendments, cancellations, complaints, and customer follow-up; excellent Arabic and English communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office, CRM/customer service platforms, and travel/reservation systems
