Job summary

ADIB - Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank in Abu Dhabi is seeking an Operations Officer in the Transfer Unit to manage daily transfer and mortgage-related workflows, ensuring accurate documentation and adherence to policy, while coordinating with sales teams and customers for smooth completions.

You will ensure policy compliance, monitor SLAs, support SOP updates, and drive end-to-end home finance processes from initiation to disbursement, with a focus on risk control and efficient case handling.

Qualifications

• Experience with bank operations and policy adherence.
• Knowledge of Islamic finance products and processes.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Ensure daily operations execute per policy and SLAs.
• Maintain high standard of customer service management.
• Coordinate transfer/registration at land department with sales team.
• Handle mortgage processes including government housing programs.
• Provide SOP enhancements and assist in policy updates.
• Visit banks for Buyout payment and document collection.
• Maintain MIS tracking of each case in Emirates.
• End-to-end Home Finance process knowledge from login to disbursement.
• Process all mortgage and transfer cases per policy guidelines.
• Complete file conversion from Advance to Ijara within agreed TAT.
