Job summary

Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank PJSC in Dubai is seeking an Operations Processor-Contracts (Outsource) to manage home finance contracts in line with Sharia-compliant templates and internal policies.

You will coordinate with Sales, Legal, Risk and ensure timely drafting, review, and disbursement readiness, handling high volumes while maintaining accuracy and regulatory standards. This role supports mortgage teams and requires UAE banking experience.

Qualifications

• A thorough understanding of Banks Policies and Product Knowledge.
• A thorough understanding of Islamic Products.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review home finance agreements, addendums, and related documentation, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and alignment with approved terms and conditions.
• Ensure all pre-contract documentation (e.g., offer letters, approvals, customer KYC, and title deeds) are complete and validated before contract preparation.
• Review the full disbursement kit to ensure completeness and accuracy of all required documents prior to loan disbursement.
• Act as the custodian of all mortgage contract templates, ensuring they are updated and maintained in coordination with Legal.
• Adhere to internal guidelines, regulatory requirements, and legal standards to mitigate risks.
• Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders to resolve discrepancies and ensure contract readiness.
• Accurately update contract data in core systems and maintain contract logs for reporting, audit, and MIS purposes.
• Ensure contracts are prepared and dispatched within agreed turnaround times to support timely disbursal.
• Manage large volumes of contract requests efficiently while maintaining accuracy, quality, and compliance with SLAs.
