Job summary

Apparel Group in the United Arab Emirates seeks an Assistant Manager – Training to design and implement development programs across the GCC, aligning with policy and best practices to help reach sales objectives.

You will manage the training calendar, launch LMS initiatives, and monitor impact while guiding the training team across regions, including in-store and leadership programs, with a focus on effective, cost-conscious solutions.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in training, human resources, or retail operations.
• Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) preferred.
• Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement all GCC training activities for Corporate Functions in line with policy and best practices.
• Develop and deploy new learning & development initiatives as per business needs.
• Create, communicate and coordinate the annual training calendar for all brands.
• Monitor training delivery and improve effectiveness of training solutions.
• Design training modules and ensure best training practices are maintained.
• Lead in-store and leadership programs to enhance people skills.
