Job summary

Tanqeeb in Dubai is seeking a seasoned Training and Business Development Specialist to design and deliver client-focused programs that drive adoption and value.

You will build new relationships, assess client needs, and tailor solutions; deliver engaging sessions both in person and online while aligning with strategic growth goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.
• At least 5 years in client-facing roles with training delivery and business development.
• Expertise in adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
• Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot) and learning management systems (LMS).
