Job summary

Horizon Software in Dubai is seeking a client support engineer to maintain direct contact with clients through incident resolution and ensure correct software use. You will analyze incidents, define their criticality, and handle requests until resolution or escalation, proposing workarounds when needed.

Additionally, you will deploy and install solutions or new features at client sites and train client users and IT teams, while sharing client issues with the Client Delivery Manager and

Qualifications

• BAC+5 degree in computer science.
• Interest in capital markets and trading.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Good analytical, synthesis and writing skills.
• Fluent spoken and written English.
• Basic knowledge of Linux and systems administration is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain direct contact with clients through incident resolution.
