The Hong Kong and Shanghai Banking Corporation Limited in Abu Dhabi seeks a corporate banking professional to manage a portfolio of clients and deliver trade, supply chain and receivables finance solutions. You will identify opportunities, expand wallet share and work with internal teams to tailor GTS offerings.

Formación

• A graduation degree is essential for obtaining a work permit and related recognitions if outside UAE.
• Knowledge of global trade finance, structured trade products, market trends and competitive environment.
• Proven sales and business development experience, preferably in trade finance or corporate banking.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, negotiation, presentation and influencing skills.
• Sound analytical, decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
• Working knowledge of credit and risk management, including risk-mitigation techniques.
• Excellent organisational skills with ability to prioritise work and meet deadlines.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with local and global stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Drive revenue growth through working-capital management products and services.
• Retain and increase wallet share across existing clients and group companies.
• Identify opportunities to sell additional GTS products and generate new income.
• Develop strategies to win new-to-bank and new-to-trade clients.
• Collaborate with Senior Bankers, Global Relationship Bankers, product teams and other stakeholders.
• Assess market trends and client requirements to recommend appropriate GTS solutions.
• Partner with Client Services and implementation teams to support efficient execution for complex clients.
• Operate in accordance with internal policies and control frameworks.
