Jobsatdubai is seeking a Trade and Working Capital Sales professional in Dubai to enhance business growth within a global financial institution. The ideal candidate will work closely with Relationship Managers to drive trade opportunities and provide tailored client-centric solutions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in originating Trade Finance and Working Capital structures.
• In-depth knowledge of regulations, market practices, and bank operations.
• Team player with strong leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Work with Relationship Managers to drive business growth and own trade deals.
• Build solutions based on clients’ needs and feedback.
• Provide client-centric Trade solutions for clients' growth objectives.
• Lead initiatives to deepen client relationships and enhance Citi's brand.
• Adopt a risk-based approach for Trade products.

Skills

Understanding of Trade and Working Capital products

Interpersonal and communication skills

Ability to create trust-based relationships

Leadership and collaborative skills

Open-mindedness to evaluate solutions

Knowledge of bank regulations and market practices

Experience in originating Trade Finance structures

Proficiency with Microsoft and CRM applications

Knowledge of Mid-Corporate segment
