Bunge is seeking a Manager TFS Business Development for MENA & SEA to drive origination and expansion of Trade Finance Solutions in a major global agribusiness hub. You will build partnerships with banks and corporates, structure transactions and guide them from origination to close.

The role requires 7+ years in trade finance and a strong network across financial institutions, with excellent communication in English and a strategic growth mindset. Dubai-based, on-site role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics or a related discipline.
• 7+ years of experience in Trade Finance, Banking, Trade Credit Insurance, Commodity Trading, Agribusiness or related commercial finance environment.
• Strong understanding of Trade Finance products, structures and transaction execution.
• Proven experience with Letters of Credit, trade finance documentation and banking counterparties.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and manage relationships with banks, corporate customers and internal stakeholders.
• Strong commercial mindset with business development and origination capabilities.
• Excellent problem-solving, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic international environment.
• Fluency in English.

Responsabilités

• Drive commercial growth and business development activities for Trade Finance Solutions across MENA & SEA.
• Identify, originate and execute Trade Finance Solutions opportunities that support growth and create value for Bunge and its customers.
• Build and expand a network of banking and corporate partners to strengthen regional footprint.
• Support transactions from origination through execution while contributing to profitability and expansion objectives.
• Collaborate with Value Chains to identify financing needs and develop tailored solutions.
• Expand and maintain a strong regional origination pipeline and opportunity map.
• Participate in structuring, negotiation and documentation of trade finance transactions.
• Coordinate with Legal, Risk, Compliance, Treasury, Operations, Structuring and Distribution teams for efficient execution.
• Monitor day-to-day management of completed transactions and align with operations.
• Follow governance and compliance.
