Job summary

Confidential in Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced Ticketing Manager to lead the on-site ticketing operation for visitor services. You will manage the Ticketing Officers, oversee products and offers, and collaborate with the Ticketing Supplier to ensure timely delivery and compliance with policies.

You will develop training programs, support recruitment, monitor performance, and deliver reports to the business. Fluency in English is required, with additional languages an advantage.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Ticketing management role.
• Experience of managing outsourced service providers.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Strong organizational skills.
• VIP protocol experience.
• Fluent English is essential; additional languages are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Ticketing Officers.
• Manage and monitor all products and offers that are set up and running.
• With the Visitor Services Section Head, manage the relationship with the Ticketing Supplier.
• Collaborate with the Ticketing System provider to meet business requirements.
• Develop and deliver the Ticketing training programme for staff.
• Support recruitment of the Visitor Services Ticketing team.
• Develop Ticketing policies, procedures, strategies and standards.
• Oversee on-site Ticketing operations and ticket sales.
• Coordinate with other functions for packages and offers.
• Respond to ticketing complaints and inquiries escalated to management.
• Review ticketing reports to monitor visitor footfall.
