Job summary

Talents UAE is seeking a Training Manager to shape the Visitor Experience team for Abu Dhabi's upcoming cultural landmark. The role focuses on onboarding, ongoing development, and scalable training across Front of House operations, with emphasis on customer service and engagement.

The successful candidate will design onboarding experiences, coordinate training with artists and curators, and lead two Training Officers while maintaining a digital learning ecosystem and measurable progress reports.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years’ experience training Visitor Experience teams, guides, or facilitators.
• Experience in museums, contemporary art, or cultural institutions preferred.
• Proven ability to manage large onboarding and training programmes.
• Strong planning to coordinate multiple programmes, priorities and stakeholders.
• Ability to translate complex content into clear, engaging learning.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive training strategy for the Visitor Experience team.
• Plan and deliver onboarding for all new joiners, ensuring motivation and preparation.
• Coordinate induction and training of a large Front of House team.
• Design engaging learning experiences for complex content and accessibility.
• Manage learning materials, platforms, and global access to resources.
• Deliver schedules and progress reports, tracking training effectiveness.
• Line-manage two Training Officers and develop their capabilities.
• Collaborate with curators, artists, and subject-matter experts for learning sessions.
