Atlantis Resorts is seeking a Ticketing Team Leader in Dubai, UAE to supervise daily ticketing plaza operations, team activities and guest service. Reporting directly to the Assistant Manager Ticketing, the role combines frontline leadership with cash-handling controls, plaza safety, colleague scheduling, training, maintenance checks and prompt attention to guest requests and complaints.

Daily Operations and Team Leadership

• Act as the liaison between Ticketing Team members and management.
• Inspect the ticketing plaza and locker room to confirm areas are ready for daily operations.
• Schedule line staff and organize daily team rotations.
• Supervise Ticketing Team members and inspect assigned duties.
• Oversee ticketing counters and frontline activities.
• Coordinate colleague rotations and scheduled breaks.
• Provide training and operational guidance to team members.
• Carry out counselling and disciplinary actions when required.
• Maintain the ticketing plaza throughout operating hours.

Guest Service and Safety

• Respond promptly to minor guest requests and complaints.
• Escalate matters to the Assistant Ticketing Manager when additional assistance is required.
• Supervise appropriate guest behavior within the operational area.
• Report first-aid emergencies to the Assistant Ticketing Manager.
• Help maintain a safe and orderly environment for guests and colleagues.

Cash Handling and Closing Procedures

You will supervise cash-handling procedures throughout operating hours and oversee the cashing out of Ticketing Team members. At the end of operations, you will ensure required closing procedures are completed, including cash-outs, submission of reports and clearance of lockers.

About You

Previous supervisory experience is required, together with computer knowledge. Candidates must have completed 12 years of schooling. The position suits someone comfortable supervising frontline colleagues, coordinating daily activities and responding professionally to guest and operational issues within a busy hospitality environment.
