Responsibilities

• Act as primary contact for tenants to maintain professional relations.
• Assist Senior Centre Manager with tenant compliance and lease terms.
• Address tenants’ complaints and issues to achieve customer satisfaction.
• Develop and maintain relationships with retailers and coordinate major requirements.
• Provide daily NOC approvals to retailers/contractors for maintenance.
• Maintain accurate tenant records and renew licenses timely.
• Communicate changes in tenant mix to all teams.
• Ensure billing for tenant charges is accurate.
