Job summary

Arabian Center seeks a Tenant Relations Executive to foster strong tenant relationships and ensure smooth mall operations. The role covers work permit management, tenant communications, events coordination, and administrative support to support leasing and finance teams.

The ideal candidate will have a degree and 3–5 years of experience in coordination within a shopping center environment, excellent English communication, and strong organizational skills. On-site position in Dubai.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and able to communicate clearly with tenants and internal teams.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and timelines.
• Experience in coordinating with tenants, operations, and leasing teams is a plus.
• Proficiency in preparing and distributing reports and maintaining records.

Responsibilities

• Manage work permits related to maintenance, display, and merchandising inside shops.
• Coordinate with tenants and Operations Team to close open work permits and dispatch approvals daily.
• Ensure NOC are sent to retailers upon request and maintain permit documentation.
• Engage tenants in mall events, marketing programs, and regular communications.
• Prepare monthly reports on sales, OCR performance, and footfall analyses; assist budgeting and forecasting.
