Job summary

Arabian Center in Dubai is seeking a Tenant Relations Executive to foster positive landlord-tenant relationships and oversee mall operations, work permit handling, and compliance.

You will coordinate with tenants on events, marketing, and maintenance, conduct inspections with security and ops, and prepare monthly sales and compliance reports. The role requires 3–5 years of coordination experience and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• Graduation in any degree.
• Fluency in English.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in coordination and follow-ups, preferably in a shopping center.
• Skills in internal and external coordination.

Responsibilities

• Work Permit Management: approve work permits, follow up to close, dispatch daily, ensure NOC delivery.
• Tenant Relations: communicate mall events, policies, and compliance; support payments; conduct pre-opening and exit procedures; engage in marketing.
• Reporting and Coordination: submit monthly sales, OCR, performance analyses; prepare sales budgets and forecasts; communicate with tenants.
• Financial and Administrative Support: assist FM & Finance on payments; coordinate cross-department processes; ensure timely reports.
• Inspection and Administration: conduct weekly inspections with HSE/Security/Ops; manage routine job requests.
