Job summary

Dubai Holding Asset Management is seeking an Executive - Tenant Relations to be the primary contact for mall tenants, building strong professional relationships and managing day-to-day admin tasks, tenant inquiries, and data accuracy.

You will coordinate with technical, marketing, finance and operations, ensure lease compliance and timely rent collection, maintain tenant records, and support reports and meetings to enhance tenant experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in retail, real estate management, mall operations or tenant relations.
• Strong numerical aptitude, financial acumen and analytical skills.
• Excellent organizational and multi-tasking abilities with strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary point of contact for mall tenants and maintain relationships.
• Coordinate with technical, marketing, finance and operations teams.
• Ensure lease compliance, housekeeping, safety and regulatory adherence.
• Maintain accurate tenant records and prepare correspondence and reports.
• Support marketing events, tenant billing and rent collection processes.
• Organize tenant meetings, orientation, and renewal documentation.
