Job summary

Dubai Holding Asset Management is seeking an Executive - Tenant Relations to manage day-to-day tenant relations for its mall portfolio in Dubai. The role focuses on building strong relationships with tenants, coordinating cross-departmental support, and ensuring timely responses to inquiries.

The ideal candidate will have 2–4 years in retail/real estate management, strong negotiation and analytical skills, and excellent English communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
• Entry-level role with 2–4 years of retail or real estate experience.
• Experience in the Middle East is an advantage.
• Strong numerical aptitude and analytical skills.
• Excellent organizational and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage mall tenant relations and communications.
• Coordinate with departments to meet tenants’ requirements.
• Ensure lease compliance and data accuracy.
• Oversee billing support and collections with finance.
• Prepare tenant correspondence and reports.
