Job summary

Responsibilities include deposits, withdrawals, payments, and cash drawer balancing; plus documenting transactions and advising customers on available services. A fixed AED 3,000 monthly salary applies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; degree in Finance/Business is an advantage.
• Previous Teller/Cash Handling experience preferred.
• Strong numerical and cash-handling skills essential.
• Good communication and attention to detail; AML/KYC understanding beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Process deposits, withdrawals, payments, and other cash transactions accurately.
• Verify customer identity and documents per policies and regulations.
• Balance cash drawer and reconcile transactions at shift end.
• Provide information on available banking products and services to customers.
• Refer customers for additional services as needed.
• Identify and report unusual transactions following AML/compliance guidelines.
• Maintain confidentiality of customer information.
• Handle queries professionally in a fast-paced, shift-based environment.
